Labour Day Weekend 2018

“My family stayed here over the long weekend and had a wonderful holiday. We booked late and Leanne was very helpful and informative.The house is just a block away from the lake, close to the supermarket, picnic area, etc.it was in immaculate condition. We took our small dog, who loved the big yard. I highly recommend this house as a wonderful base to explore the area”

Easter 2018

“Great location and awesome house” We stayed at Serenity Place on the Easter weekend to enjoy the break as a family with some friends.  The party was 4 adults and 4 kids and a small dog.  The property was big enough for us all and well equipped enabling us to cook every meal in the house for the 8 of us.  With the sun shining for the weekend we even got the BBQ going and enjoyed the outdoor space. We couldn’t of asked for a better setting for our Easter weekend. Looking forward already to another visit back!”

Queens Birthday Weekend 2018

“Brill! Fabulous property with everything we could wish for.  Fully stocked, plenty of very hot water, plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 golden retrievers.  Dogs loved the secure room to run around outside”.

Pets

Serenity Place is pet friendly.  Responsibilities and the number of pets are to be discussed with the Agent when booking your stay.  It is the tenant’s responsibility to clean up after your pet, including vacuuming dog hair and removing dog excrement.  Dogs are not permitted on any of the furniture or in the bedrooms on the beds.

Smoking

Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.

Rates

Christmas bookings – Arrival dates are not accepted on Christmas day, Boxing Day and New Years Day as the office is closed.

This property has a standard rate of: $185.00
Unless specified in the rate table or exceptions listed below, the standard rate will apply.

  • 19 October 17  – 31 January 17   Sun/Thurs $185.00 p/n      Fri & Sat night $200.00     7  nights stay $1300.00  minimum 2 nights stay
  • minimum 2 nights stay over long weekends rate $200.00 p/n
  • minimum 4 nights stay at Easter rate $200.00 p/n
  • Bond payable $500.00

Cleaning

You do not need to do a full clean of the property upon departure, however we do require the homes to be left clean and tidy on departure in a similar state as to how you found the property upon your arrival. If the property is not left in a reasonable standard an additional charge for cleaning will be deducted from your bond.  We do organise for the property to be cleaned after your departure to ensure that the next guest has a hygienic comfortable stay and complies with our standards.
