All water sports are catered for at Loch Sport such as Jet Ski’s, boating, water skiing, sailing, kayaking, swimming.  The lake is serviced with a Marina, Jetties and Boat Ramps.  The surf beach is a 5 minutes drive now with wheel chair access.

Family holidays will be enjoyed at the Fish Bowl sister suite of Marina Suite (upstairs) located at the hub of Loch Sport, opposite the Marina and a short walk to the Lakeview Bar & Bistrol. Beach access right opposite this location, or sit back on the outdoor setting out the front or relax out on the rear deck. The property is within walking distance to the local Supermarket, and  takeaway shops.

Pets

Fish Bowl is pet friendly.  Responsibilities and the number of pets are to be discussed with the Agent when booking your stay.  It is the tenant’s responsibility to clean up after your pet, including vacuuming dog hair and removing dog excrement.  Dogs are not permitted on any of the furniture or in the bedrooms on the beds.

Smoking

Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.

“Good Location in Loch Sport”

“Downstairs 2 bedroom accommodation, nice size lounge and kitchen, we liked the decor of shower/toilet/laundry. It was like showering in a fish bowl, the stoned floor shower and walls painted like you were under water with fish decor. The views from lounge/kitchen and outdoors was lovely especially at sunset, we enjoyed our stay and Leanne was great with communication etc. Close to hotel and walking distance to grocery & 2 coffee/eatery shops, & a fish & chip shop, short drive to 90 Mile Beach. A little noise when people upstairs are moving around but not a big deal.”

Rates

  • Weekly rental $1,120.00
  • Nightly rate $160.00 with minimum of 2 nights stay
  • Bond payable $500.00

Cleaning

You do not need to do a full clean of the property upon departure, however we do require the homes to be left clean and tidy on departure in a similar state as to how you found the property upon your arrival. If the property is not left in a reasonable standard an additional charge for cleaning will be deducted from your bond.  We do organise for the property to be cleaned after your departure to ensure that the next guest has a hygienic comfortable stay and complies with our standards. Christmas bookings – Arrival dates are not accepted on Christmas day, Boxing Day and New Years Day as the office is closed.
