Pets

  • Casa De Mel is pet friendly.  Responsibilities and the number of pets is to be discussed with the Agent when booking your stay.  It is the tenant’s responsibility to clean up after your pet, including vacuuming dog hair and removing dog excrement.  Dogs are not permitted on any of the furniture or in the bedrooms on the beds.

Smoking

Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited.

Rates

Christmas bookings – Arrival dates are not accepted on Christmas day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day as the office is closed.

This property has a standard rate of: $185.00
Unless specified in the rate table or exceptions listed below, the standard rate will apply.

  • Nightly Rental $185.00 minimum of 2 nights stay
  • Weekly Rental $1,300.00
  • Long Weekends and Easter minimum of 3 nights stay
  • Bond payable $500.00

Cleaning

You do not need to do a full clean of the property upon departure, however we do require the homes to be left clean and tidy on departure in a similar state as to how you found the property upon your arrival. If the property is not left in a reasonable standard an additional charge for cleaning will be deducted from your bond.  We do organise for the property to be cleaned after your departure to ensure that the next guest has a hygienic comfortable stay and complies with our standards.
